By placing an order to Onyx Trends you are offering to purchase an item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Shipping times and processes may vary according to availability. Guarantees made as to delivery are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible.
We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you as a customer must ensure all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card, bank account or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products you have ordered. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement the order has been received and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Onyx Trends will not be in place until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been either shipped, or the manufacture of customized watches has begun.
Shipping options for orders placed via Onyx Trends using PayPal ‘Buy Now’ buttons.
Shipping and order confirmation is subject to you, the buyer, selecting the correct option in the shipping options drop-down menu. If the incorrect option is selected (i.e. - a customer from outside the EU selects UK delivery or European delivery), the order will become null and void and a refund will be issued via PayPal.
Shipping for custom orders
Shipping for custom orders will be arranged via email. The costs and details will be explained. A tracking reference number and link will be provided to track the delivery on-line.
Pricing and Availability
Onyx Trends endeavors to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices listed on this site are correct, but errors may sometimes occur. If we discover or receive notice of an error in the details or price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will action the order as cancelled.
Shipping costs are included in the stated price. Additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost.
Returns policy for Clocker watches
Refunds are available within 15 days of placing your order.
- Return the product for a refund (only the purchase price will be refunded, shipping costs are none refundable): This must be within 15 days from placing your order.
- Return for replacement: (if there is a problem or breakage with your product during shipping): This must be within 15 days from placing your order.
Unless another return policy is specifically indicated or arranged directly with Onyx Trends, products sold by Onyx Trends are covered by the Return Policy. All products covered under this Return Policy include a 15-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund for any reason. You are welcome to return products to us for an exchange or refund. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling costs will not be refunded or reimbursed by Onyx Trends under any circumstances.
Returns and cancellation policy for custom branded watches and custom orders.
After a customer has transferred payment via PayPal or electronic bank transfer for a custom order, the manufacture process will begin. The order cannot then be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
If any defects or faulty items are reported by the buyer within 15 days of receiving the order, the faulty item must either be returned to Onyx Trends, or photographic evidence for each item must be submitted to Onyx Trends to a satisfactory standard. Onyx Trends will make the final decision as to if the items are defective or faulty upon reviewing the submitted evidence.
If any items are deemed faulty or defective, Onyx Trends will refund the unit cost of the item*.
(*Unit cost will be clearly displayed on the order invoice. If a customer requires a further repeat order of identically customized watches, Onyx Trends can offer to replace any faulty/defective items within the next order shipment rather than refund the unit cost.)
Postage times are clearly stated on the website, these times are approximate and Onyx Trends will not be responsible for postage delays once the product has been shipped.
However, if after 10 working days of shipping, an order still has not arrived at the recorded destination, Onyx Trends will track the delivery online by the relevant courier tracking service. Onyx Trends can only relay information available from the relevant tracking service.
After 22 working days from the recorded shipping date, if the package still has not arrived and the tracking service confirms this eventuality, a full refund will be offered or an option to resend an identical delivery free of additional charges.
Currency & Payments
All transactions will be processed in US Dollars ($). All Payments will be processed by Onyx Trends. Onyx Trends, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
